My name is Iliana, and I’m the owner and lead artist of the True Artistry team. My passion for the beauty industry started at a early age. It has always provided a therapeutic space for my self-expression and creativity to run wild, while also fulfilling my need to be extremely technical and meticulous.
In 2005, I stepped foot into the cosmetology industry by attending Paul Mitchell Orlando, under the instruction of some of the top leaders in the field. But, as a creative, I knew I wanted to work diligently but never the same day twice. In 2009, I decided to take my love affair for beauty to the next level by attending Joe Blasco Orlando, where I was trained in Makeup Artistry and Special FX by Emmy and Academy Award winning makeup artists.
Due to my extensive training, I specialize from soft natural glam to the full glam babe. Beyond bridal or special occasions, my work is featured in commercial campaigns, photo shoots, film, and production. I strive to provide an elevated and intimate experience where we collaborate to build upon your best features. My goal is to help you not only feel beautiful, but your empowered best self.
I approach makeup and hair design as an art form, using a bare face as a canvas. I deliver an attitude and mood to every hairstyle and makeup application. It took years of experience in this industry to create a team of elite artists, whose passion, skill, and drive mirror my own.
